As in previous years, we encourage Rotarians to register for the conference through their Club Conference Coordinator, but it is also possible for individuals to book themselves, using the online form.
You can register your details online (you can also register multiple people at once). Also, the club registration form can be downloaded from this page, completed and then emailed to the Conference Registration Officer, Niall Blair at registrations@rotary1090conference.org

Packages & Prices
Prices for the various activities are as follows (also detailed on the registration form).
Full Delegate Fee – £75
This gives you full access to the conference on Friday and Saturday. This is available for Rotarians, partners, Inner Wheel members and guests. This price includes a buffet lunch on Friday and Saturday, and Tea/Coffee and biscuits in during the intervals
One day fee – £55
This gives you full access to the conference on Friday OR Saturday.
This is available to Rotarians, partners, Inner Wheel members, and guests. This includes including lunch and tea/coffee and biscuits.
Rotaract, Interact and Rotary Scholar delegate fee – £55
This gives you full access to the conference sessions on Friday and Saturday, including lunch and tea/coffee and biscuits on both days.
Rotakids fee £0
We welcome Rotakids to join us free of charge, but they must be accompanied by a delegate.
Children aged under 13 are welcome to join their parents for the cost of any meals taken. (Please note that there are no childcare facilities available).

Accommodation
Hotel accommodation should be booked separately. We do, however, ask Club Conference Coordinators to make a note of the hotels booked on the Registration Form.
Terms
Rotary Scholars, Interactors and Rotakids will be registered separately. All Rotary Scholars will be invited to the conference.
Non-Delegates (partners and friends) who wish to attend the activities are welcome to do so but need to be booked into the activities on the Registration Form.
Payment can be made by cheque or bacs transfer.
Inner Wheel Clubs and Rotaract Clubs should also use this form. Members of Inner Wheel may choose to register with a Rotary Club, if registering with their partner, or separately with their Inner Wheel Club.
