AmbaCare Solutions is a Community Interest Company based in the West Midlands, working across the UK. We are commissioned by the NHS, Housing Associations, Health and Social Care organisations to deliver projects which support early interventions to promote health and wellbeing. We also receive funding from commercial and other grant making bodies.
We deliver projects that promote wellbeing, helping people to deal with the challenges in the emotional, physical, social, financial, environmental including housing, occupational, spiritual and intellectual aspects of their lives that impact on their health & wellbeing. We work with individuals, communities and Faith Groups to enable them to live as well as possible by encouraging and supporting them to take responsibility for their own health, happiness and independence, to create thriving and empowered communities.
We focus on interventions which have the greatest impact on avoidable illness, health protection and promotion of wellbeing and resilience to prevent or delay the dependence on statutory health and social care services. We work with adults aged 18+ including the frail, older people, vulnerable and/or isolated and lonely individuals.
We believe that everyone is unique and tailor our solutions to acknowledge and address ‘differences’ in a positive way. Tackling inequalities in health and housing is at the heart of what we do.
We deliver life enhancing solutions which promote wellbeing, supporting people to live as well as possible by enabling them to address the issues which matter to them. We encourage and support them to take responsibility for their own health, happiness and independence, to create thriving and empowered communities.
We work in partnership with other organisations, to deliver initiatives which ensure that people are fully supported in achieving all aspects of wellbeing including access to basic resources.
